Although coffee is the first thing I think about when it comes to Back to School season, next on the list is breakfast. Because no matter how much you plan ahead, it seems like the tiem flies by and before you know it, it’s time to get everyone out the door. And this is true whether you are getting kids ready to go back to school or just getting back into a routine yourself after summer. The time flies. One thing that can save you in the morning is having healthy breakfast options ready to go. Fill up the fridge or freezer with tasty, make ahead breakfasts and it is one less thing to tackle in the morning.

I am a huge fan of a good breakfast sandwich and am pretty much tempted on a daily basis to run into my local coffee shop for one of their yummy wraps. Unfortunately that habit is tough for both my wallet and my waistline. Instead I love to prepare these make ahead sandwiches that I can pull out of the freezer, toss in the microwave, and enjoy just a couple of minutes later. It’s faster than stopping to buy something, tastes better, and is much more  affordable.
